Artist Bio/Statement
Joanne is an avid pastel atist. She enjoys painting the water and woods of Northern Wisconsin. She uses every opportunity to paint plein air and has participated in many plein air competitions. She's a member of the Outdoor Painters of Minnesota, The Lake Country Pastel Society and CBAC.
